This is a premium condo unit with a spectacular South facing ocean view from the 2nd level of the Oceanwalk Community. This condo is your family's next ideal vacation spot. Sleeping up to 8 people, there is room for the whole family plus friends. There is everything you could ever need to feel right at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils needed to cook your favorite meals. The ocean front patio has seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises and your evening beverage as the sun sets. Located in the middle of Oak Island's many main attractions, it will only take a few minutes to get to all the best restaurants and stores. So leave your car keys on the counter! There is an outdoor shower located in the building next to the unit to clean off all the sand after a long and fun day on the beach! And don't forget to enjoy the large outdoor pool with plenty of chairs for lounging in the sun.
5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to Middleton Park for weekly concerts & Market!

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
