Nice place. You can't get any closer to the downtown folly beach area. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, peer, and the beech. Only complaint is that for whatever reason they only left one thing of toilet paper and we had to go buy more. I would recommend this place to others.

The home was great, had a Super time in Charleston. The suiite was located close to town and was very comfortable. Would highly recommendand others visiting Charleston and choosing Sweet Spacious Suite to stay and relax at.

If you are looking for getaway from the hussle and bustle, this is it. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and the adults to play a round of cornhole. It was great sitting on the porch and listening to the outdoors. Very peaceful and quiet. Just like we wanted. You are about 20 minutes out from Pigeon Forge and the Parkway. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures.

Broadmoor 602 is in a great location and the views are unbelievable. Sunrise can be seen from your bed in the large master bedroom every morning. Sunsets are just as beautiful in the evening from the balcony. Even the dolphins know how great it is because they are dining multiple times daily in front of the condo. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This unit is everything we were told it would be. Top of the line furnishings and all appliances in good working order. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. The beach is just across the street and many fine restaurants close by if you’re not up to cooking in a kitchen that has everything you would need. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
