Great location & convenient to nearby market & restaurants. We were able to walk to nearby conveniences and easy access to the beach. It was just my husband & I but would have been comfortable if our two teens had joined us. I was impressed with the kitchen accessories compared to other places we have stayed. I would definitely consider staying again in the future.

I have rented a number of units at Kiawah over the years and this is the best. Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The communication with owners prior, during, and after the rental was excellent. I will certainly recommend The Blue Pearl to friends and family, and I will be back.

First time in Sanibel

First off we had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family (four adults and one very active two year old). Very nice property, beautiful view of the gulf, great walking beach and just very relaxing. The condo itself was comfortable, there were somethings that need updating, but it was warm and welcoming, and overall all, very accommodating. Will definitely consider going back!

Good ski condo for Canyons. It's a little hard to find at first, but after that, no problems at all. I agree with some other reviews about the heat being hard to figure out at first. The rooms can run warm, while the living room can run cold. Good location for a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet parking lot bucket

The Blue Heron Nest penthouse was large and had a private elevator (small but adequate). I-trip was quick to respond to our questions. The carpets were stained in a few spots. It was a convenient spot to walk to the beach or head for ice cream at Squigglys.
