The villa had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The one negative is that the section of beach nearest Lagoon Villas is nonexistent at high tide because of beach erosion. In fact, there were sand bags in front of some of the houses and these were in a state of disrepair. Tattered pieces of the sandbags could be found buried in the sand.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was close to everything….Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, the beach. The location is perfect. The inside is clean and spacious, everything was easy to find.

Every thing was so easy and perfect. The property managers responded so quickly and pre trip communication was timely and covered all we needed. Condo was comfortable and very clean and included necessary amenities. Looking forward to many vacations here at the Blue Heron Nest !

While the email instructions were quite extensive and overwhelming, once we arrived, there was a binder with clear instructions about the rental AND fabulous recommendations for numerous restaurants and activities in the Charleston and south Islands area. The host provided all the household items we needed. Very peaceful place we enjoyed it very much.

We loved staying at this home. It worked great for our family and a couple of friends. Nice accommodations, pool and dock area. Good location to be able to walk to the beach or nearby restaurants. Bikes and beach chairs came in handy as well. We would definitely recommend the fishing guide and rental company recommended by iTrip.
