The condo we rented on Monarch was lovely and plenty of room for our four adult children. I loved the cleanliness of the condo as well as the decor. The steam shower in the Master Bath was a favorite too. Views were incredible and we enjoyed the lovely town of Aspen, walking distance to everything was a huge plus too. Many thanks to you all. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, even bigger than it appears in the photos. The location was great, close to the beach, downtown Charleston, and all of the great dining options in Mount Pleasant. We hope to be back!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we very much enjoy the space and location. No real areas of improvement or suggestions other than to be a bit more forthcoming in the pricing. We were quoted a rate of $150/night, but after all the fees and taxes, we're paying over $300/night. Seems an exorbitant amount of fees and taxes.

Location to the beach and attractions within walking distance--5 min max if you walk slowly!!! Cute getaway spot on the main drag. Clean & Cozy. Futon was less than comfortable but I've yet to find one that is..... We slept 3 --- likely better for 2.

Perfect location! Walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaurants. Beautiful view of beach from large balcony.Maintenance was quick to respond to a very minor issue regarding a leak.Only complaint: we love to cook (we celebrated an early Thanksgiving here), and found the knives to be quite dull and difficult to use. A very minor complaint, of course, but wanted to leave the feedback.
