Great condo. Stayed on the second floor overlooking the pool. Very large balcony with a table and four chairs and a couple of lounge chairs. Loved that they had charcoal grills right by the poolarea. Had a pool inside and outside which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The home really does have it all. Spacious beautiful layout inside, a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, and a fun back deck creates a great vacation vibe! The beach access is a short walk away, plus Ft Fischer and Kure Beach are just minutes away. We will be back!!

My family and I booked this house and stayed for an extended weekend, it was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable house, minutes away from downtown Breckenridge. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Stellar St. Augustine Spot!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Mermaid Cottage. It is in a quiet neighborhood with all of the thoughtful touches that are needed and wanted, away from home. The kitchen is ample, common spaces cozy and bedrooms above and beyond. It is also close to downtown and convenient for sight-seeing. I highly recommend this location for your next St. Augustine stay. I certainly hope I’ll return!!

The room (Silver Beach, 503) was beautiful as ever, but there were two minor things that were an inconvenience this time. The clothes dryer took 3 cycles to dry even the smallest of loads. We sure do depend on that for clean bath and beach towels as well as clothes. Also, the master toilet took several flushes with each use (toilet paper or not) and seemed to threaten overflow every time.
