This home had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds and the view from the deck with the river out back was our “happy place”.

We loved the Basque House! We had 8 people and there was plenty of space for us all. Parking in back of house was the best. The location was great, quick walk to downtown. The house is beautiful, well maintained and homey! We will be back

Very nice accommodations. Had several electrical glitches (doorbell, garage, oven, needed to power wifi on and off) but very quick responses from itrip minimized the disruptions. Beds seem high end but are very firm... too firm for most of us.

The house we rented was great as far as the amount of space. 5 bathrooms, private pool, oceanfront etc but we had several issues to report during our stay. Some were resolved. There is a major issue with ants. There was an abundance of supplies of towels and wash clothes. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall our family enjoyed the accomodations.
