We were pleasantly surprised at the great accommodations, even better than expected. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. And maybe most importantly, a very comfortable bed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only issue was I had missed that you have to provide your own linens, but we were given a number for a rental place and were able to rent what we needed.

Loved the keyless entry. Simple check in/out. Helpful front desk clerk. Great location. Great beach access. Loved the multiple water hoses to clean sand off. Nice pool. Enjoyed the balcony. Lots of kitchen items. Bring toilet paper and extra trash bags!!!

Ran low on towels and trash bags. Water leak on patio from AC unit which about caused us to trip and fall. Bugs in drawers which was taken care of by owner after we called and notified them. We absolutely loved the view and convenients to everything. Could have furnished a extra set of sheets and bedding especially when your there a week or a oven to make breakfast

We are very much enjoying Steamboat Springs and the property we are staying at. It is spacious, clean, modern yet slightly western with lovely art and a well stocked kitchen for personal cooking. The A/V options are fine and there is even a Bang &Olufsen CD/radio down stairs. 5 bedrooms makes this a great family vacation. Highly recommended!!!

Had a great time. The few maintenance issues were fixed quickly. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking pans, sheets, and utensils. Dishwasher needs to be cleaned and garbage disposal has horrible noise when running. Thanks again.
