It was a very nice condo, the poon was not crowded because a lot of people reside there, we never had a problem finding a chair. The sunsets were wonderful,we had a blast!!! The only thing was a new couch was needed the old one is worn out. Would love to come back again, Thanks the Schaffers

The condo is ground floor for easy access to the property and adjacent to Napili Beach for swimming on one side and near Honokeana Bay for watching or snorkeling with sea turtles on the other. The Gazebo restaurant is on-property which brings additional non-residents onto the property until 2:00 p.m. when it closes but at least they tend to stay near The Gazebo.

My family and I always enjoy staying at this wonderful condo. The location is great for summer and winter activities! They have everything you need to make your own meals. I really enjoy the wood fireplace in the winter . The Arapahoe Cafe across the street is GREAT! We look forward to our next stay at E-305!

Beautiful home in great location!

We recently stayed at the Olive and it was the perfect house. Close to everything and very comfortable. We also enjoyed all the amenities that house had to offer from the hot tub, fire table and corn hole. It’s clean with very up to date finishes. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Sea Shell House. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was easily accessible and beautiful. The house is in a very convenient location. We were easily able to walk to restaurants. While you are in St Augustine, I highly recommend visiting the Salt Spa. It is beautiful and relaxing. We will be back!
