56 Valencia proved to be an extremely comfortable, clean and inviting home. We spent time on the front porch, walked to many spots as location is perfect! Host David was great to work with helping us with all our concerns. 5 seventy+ seniors had an excellent week reuniting Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The rental property was great and the process of check in and check out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. In addition. Having some kitchen, toiletry and laundry supplies available made the vacation very easy.

Our family has enjoyed vacation homes through the years. This rental is now one of our favorites! There is plenty of space in this cozy, charming home with all the comforts to make your stay exceptional. We felt more like family than guests by the extra touches and warm hospitality. Thank you! Wonderful Beach House

Our family had a great time at Sunset Park Place! The house was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed all the toys and games that were available. The house was also in a great location! Sunset Beach was right behind us and a quick drive to both Seaside and Astoria. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was an incredible place to stay. Very nice and clean. Very comfortable for old guys fishing. Great view right on the river. Boat slips available. Boat ramp available and easy to access. Excellent accommodations overall. Only thing I could recommend is if they had a note where the fish are biting, what bait to use and how to present it!!! ?
