This unit was clean, updated, and very convenient to pool, grill, and boardwalk beach access. There are steps leading up from the pool to the upper units then straight out to the boardwalk. We never had any issues. We were very pleased with this unit!

Summer vacay close to everything-privacy

Loved location. My 78 year old mom came with us. She had porch/breezeway to sit under. Was able to visit with us but still stay cool. We loved having a private pool and could look out at water/lagoon. Small gro store for quick pick ups near us and a big gro store less than 2 miles away—so close to beach too.

My daughter and I spent about a week here. Great location. Everything you could possibly be looking for while on vacation (beaches, pool, restaurants, boating, bars, adequate parking). The views are outstanding. The place was immaculate.I would highly recommend this to a friend.

Great week and wonderful accommodations. The unit was clean and far exceeded our expectations. Thanks for including the beach towels. The outdoor environment was relaxing and the beach was pristine!. The beds were very comfortable. Parking space was nearby and excellent. Looking forward to returning. See You Next Year!!!!!!!

Perfect getaway for a girls weekend in Idaho Springs! Great location to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, quick drive to hot springs. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed, beds were big and comfy. Comfortable living room with plenty of seating and numerous channels on TV. Would recommend and return!
