Great Condo...clean, new...super nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat batteries for the heat/AC was dead. It was a chilly weekend, so we bought some batteries and everything worked fine!

Golden Townhouse Review

We enjoyed our stay in Golden minus the broken toilet issue we had. It was resolved quickly but wonder why it wasn’t fixed before we got there. It was obviously broken and appeared that someone tried to fix it but unsuccessfully. Overall, great location within a short walk to restaurants and downtown Golden.

We love staying at Crescent Beach and this is our second time staying at Ocean House. The condo has everything you could need, except a Keurig (so go to the Kookaburra coffee shop and buy some fresh grounds on your way in, you won't regret it). Pool/beach toys and beach chairs galore, very thankful I didn't have to go purchase more to leave behind. Thank you for the accomodations, we will be back!

Beautiful condo. Only complaint was the master bedroom was in the loft area with 2 skylights right over the bed. Impossible to sleep past 5:30am. Also there was no dresser in the loft We had to live out of our suitcases.
