The house was so lovely, comfortable, roomy, well-stocked and functional......and did I mention beautiful, scenic backyard? We had the best family vacation enjoying the skiing and activities at Beaver Creek. This house is perfect for multiple families!

Great Time at the River Road Villa #2

This is our 3rd time to stay at this house, and its always great! Our favorite things about this house are the downstairs kitchen that opens onto the deck and house being so close to the river. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook multiple meals.

Spent last week in this adorable cottage! Felt at hone and like a true Balboa Islander! My favorite thing to do during my stay was sitting on the porch with my friends! The cottage was extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

Nice, updated condo with all the traditional amenities and some convenient nice things such as dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Excellent customer service. Every time we had a question it was answered immediately. Nice pool too and direct access from pool to beach.

The cabin was great, however it did have a few minor issues. The rails on the outside were loose and it made me a little nervous with the kids. The sofa bed in the living room the bed itself was broken and the mattress was molded which caused us to be one bed short for our guest. Overall it was a great place with a great view.
