Wonderful Trip

My husband and I along with our good friends, Donnie and Deb, stayed at 103 Arie Dam for one week. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the beautiful facility. The king size beds were very comfortable. We also were grateful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas that were left in the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and would love to return!!

The house is large, clean, and comfortable. Obviously, access to Vail is easy, but Breck etc. are all very accessible. We had 7 people, had plenty of room. A few stairs to get up/down to the bedrooms, so be aware of that if you have people with mobility problems. Tons of games and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay here - the place was clean, well labeled, and in good condition, the kitchen was well stocked, the river views were gorgeous, and we had a lot of fun in the game room with the old school arcade system! We enjoyed using the gas fireplace, the foosball table, and the grill outside. We would definitely come back.

My friends and I stayed at Ocean Villas #76 last week. It was very nice and clean. The two pools were great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed.

We love the Sea Cottage - It's a great property... well laid out and convenient for shopping, restaurants & the beach. I-Trip is awesome & Charles & Liz are the best. They have always treated us in such a professional and helpful way. They are the only ones we look to when booking our yearly vacation in Florida.
