The place was spacious and very beautiful. Was very clean and comfortable. My first time in Whistler and I plan to come back and stay at one of these condos again. Staff was very kind. Thank you for making my trip so great.

Fireplace didn’t work No hot water Locked out in jacuzzi Leak in ceiling from loft Front door handle falls off Bottom floor tub is clogged Bottom floor toilet does not flush well and leaks water on wall side Cole water does not work in bottom floor bathroom No tongs in kitchen Table lamp in living room not plugged in Humidifier in master does not work

Check in was a breeze. It’s so convenient to everything. It was super clean. I also had a problem working the tv remote. I text them with the problem and they responded within minutes. I will definitely rent again and recommend this property.

Yes, we had a great stay, we like location to the Village. The beach was a little far away. We had to drive to the beaches, but that's okay. And we really like the accommodations. Everything that we needed was there and everything work as advertised. And we do appreciate it. Have a wonderful day, bye bye.

We have stayed at Casa Guillermo several times, and love this home! The home has everything you need for a great stay! It is very close to so many restaurants, shops, parks, etc. This is the first time though that we have stayed here with iTrip managing Casa Guillermo. The team was very responsive the few times I contacted them!
