My family and I stayed here when we moved to Florida from overseas. The house was really lovely and super clean. It was set up like a hotel with all your basic needs. The kitchen was also stocked with the items you need for cooking. We enjoyed the beautiful view. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kim is also really nice.

We really enjoyed the house. It was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. Everything was very clean and the communication by the owners was very informative. I definitely recommend this place to others.

You will have everything you need to relax in this beautifully decorated condo! Short walk into Folly Beach, gorgeous river views from the screen porch and very comfortable interior are just to name a few. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

We loved the house, location, layout and the direct access to the beach. We had such a wonderful time there. The view is gorgeous. If I could make a few suggestions, the trees need to be trimmed to see the water. Perhaps a sleeper sofa could be placed in the den downstairs, for another bedroom. Or perhaps a king size bed replacement in the master Great house and we loved it!

Perfect stay in an ideally located apartment

From start to finish a stress fee stay in the Brooklyn Suite. Apartment is in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Issue with smoke alarm was resolved quickly. Would have no hesitation in staying again or with using iTrip for future bookings. Simon
