My friends and I enjoyed a nice weekend trip to St. Augustine! This place was perfect for all of us and was walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shops were not far at all either. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Very clean, convenient location, and room for 8+

We had a wonderful time at the Quarterdeck! It was just what we needed! It was comfortable and clean with all the basics. The best thing was how close the beach was and how secluded were. It was a beautiful, unspoiled beach. We hope to be back soon!

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient. Easy to access bus transportation and Snowmass Village. Communication was excellent and the gated parking garage was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay on Balboa Island

We loved our stay at 128 Agate these past 2 weeks! So comfortable and cozy. Its' balcony is a lovely place to sit with a cup coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen and living area are a great place to gather and have a meal. Very clean too. Scott Carpenter at itrip Newport provided great instructions. Very accommodating. We'll be staying here again.

This is our second stay in the back cottage on Balboa island. With the upgrades Scott has made, our time there was even more enjoyable than the first. Location, privacy and price make this an ideal vacation spot.We have fond memories of our borrowed little piece of paradise and look forward to future visits.
