Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 102 sits right off of the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and the Mall area. You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This condo is so convenient, you can easily ski right back in for a quick lunch or another layer!

This newly renovated condo has a wonderful combination of mountain comfort and contemporary elegance. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area is an ideal space to enjoy the company of your traveling companions. Relax at the breakfast bar in the morning while planning the days adventures and then reminisce about them in the evening in front of the wood burning fireplace. This four bedroom/4 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a master bedroom and fourth bedroom on the upper level. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level.

Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos at the Shadowbrook have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this vacation rental. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will become a repeat guest as well!

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Our group was four couples that spent the weekend in this beautifully renovated condo. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the condo is two different levels which was perfect. The location was perfect with close proximity to shops, restaurants and gondola.

Amazing Vacation Rental Shadowbrook 102

We had the most amazing experience staying in Snowmass at Shadowbrook 102. Where do I start - The location is perfect. We really did not need a car except that my husband brought his bike from Los Angeles renting the car made transport easier but everything is so convenient with busses, shuttles and walking. There is no need to drive at all. We had access to everything we wanted in Snowmass. We biked, hiked, walked, and ate amazing food. The scenery was breathtaking. We took the gondola up to the top of Snowmass and hiked. We also took a gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain and did yoga one morning at 11,000 feet. That was a challenge but fun as well. But the real treat was staying at this beautiful condo fully appointed with 4 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a Peleton, big screen smart tv's in every room, a fully appointed kitchen and all of the amenities we needed to make ourselves comfortable. We stayed in two nights and relaxed after long days of outdoor activity. It was truly a vacation. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at 102 Shadowbrook Snowmass. We played golf on beautiful nearby courses, hiked on wildflower lined trails, biked, swam, and enjoyed great restaurants in walking distance. If you want to stay in there is even a peloton. The unit was perfect and so convenient for all activities. This is our annual summer destination with cousins, and we highly recommend unit 102.

Shadowbrook 102 is THE perfect tasteful and cozy basecamp for gathering, celebrating, and adventuring. We loved our stay in Shadowbrook 102. The location with ski in and out of the door, right between the base and mall where we could walk to each in less than 5 minutes was perfect! The Unit was beautifully decorated, roomy and spacious and so well outfitters everything we could want including an amazing kitchen, desk/work space and even a Peloton! We also loved the pool and spa’s, right outside the door. Comfy beds, lots of storage and super nice bathrooms! Loved it and will be back soon!! Snowmass mountain is an amazing ski and recreation resort.

We stayed at 102 Shadowbrook in Snowmass, Co. in July and had a wonderful vacation. The accommodations were comfortable, private, and new. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the kitchenware first-rate. The view from Shadowbrook 102 was fantastic and the location was perfect. We could walk to hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. My cousins joined us and loved the accommodations as well. They plan to encourage their friends to reserve this unit. Unit 102 was a very nice unit. Our family of 5 had a great time. We skied took in the flavors of the mountain. Skiing was much better on Snowmass than Aspen. More slopes to ride and enjoy. Condo met all of our expectations. Only note I would add is families with children should be reminded that they may have someone staying below them and it would be nice if parents would try to keep their children from running and jumping up and down at 5:30 in the morning. Just a reminder to them would be helpful for people like me that have raised our family. This unit is exactly as advertised. Ski in ski out loved it!!

It is disappointing to hear the upstairs guests were louder than needed. We do remind all our guests that they are staying in a private residence with neighbors and request everyone to be respectful of the home and neighborhood. I had an absolutely amazing stay in Shadowbrook 102. The condo is spacious, comfortable, nicely outfitted, and is in an amazing location. Easiest possible access to slopes, pool, and hot tub. Such a great spot for a getaway. I wish I could stay forever!

Loved Shadowbrook 102!!

We stayed in Shadowbrook 102 for the first time this July and we really hope it won't be the last! The location was just perfect, for hiking, the base village, gondola, mall, and the pool was right our our back door. The upstairs view from both balcony what exactly what we had wanted. And the kitchen was stocked with really nice brands of knives and pots/pans, which matters to us since we like to cook. it is very well decorated and had everything we needed. iTrip is always so nice to work with and makes it all so easy for us. We love that all the outside doors had keypads on them, made it very easy to go in and out of the condo and not worry about keys. The only issue we had was that the dryer took a long long time to dry our clothes, but at the same time we were happy to have in-home W/D!

I was in town with some co workers, working on an event in nearby Aspen. This condo was perfect for us as it had a plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean and in working order and the beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend and will probably stay here again if the circumstances permit.
