This was such a perfect place! We had a girls trip and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and a cute view on the TWO balconies to drink coffee in the morning. And we were 2 blocks from the beach. The owners were very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed before and during the trip! Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will be coming again!

Bedrooms and bathroom(s) on 2nd floor. Would be a issue with anyone with a mobility problem. Read all the comments about the parking. Not reading carefully I had the impression that available parking was .1 mile away (free). Turns out that is outside of the season.

Fantastic 40th Anniversary Celebration Adventure

My husband and I had a fantastic time on our stay at the Kimi 201 Condo! Very clean, roomy, very welcoming, and a beautiful intimate setting for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration! This was our first ever visiting Florida and staying at Madeira Beach!

Great location and very spacious condo

Great location and very spacious condo for our family of 5. We have 3 teenagers and this place allowed us to all have space. Each bedroom is big. The laundry and kitchen in the unit are perfect for a family. Loved the proximity to the ski lifts. The walk is short but if you want to take the shuttle it is only 1 stop to drop you off at the cabriolet. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our trip. And accommodations. The only recommendation would be that the.chairs/seating in the living room were very low and not very comfortable. The kitchen needed a place for the dish towels to be stored other than under the sink. It was hard to determine if those towels and wash clothe were for kitchen use or for cleaning
