We are in town often. We’ve stayed at Sunny side up before, it’s perfect! We love how peaceful and quiet this area is. Having the pool right down the back steps with views of the marina🌟 Win! And just a couple of blocks to the beach.

We had a wonderful week at Pipers Nest. Our Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great and the beach is perfect. Loved the ease of storage in lower level for chairs and umbrella that was provided. Very convenient. Would recommend this condo and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was in a great location right near the towers. The house was well equipped with kitchen accessories, plenty of towels, etc. it was just the right amount of room for the 9 of us! Also, the property was clean and and well taken care of. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Sonja Campbell

The condo was just as described, and even nicer in person. It was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the beds were amazing. The Plantation resort was fantastic for our family. I have no idea how they keep the grounds and pool looking like new, every single day. We had family in all three buildings, and it was completely safe for the kids going back and forth.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in your house this past week. It was roomy and well stocked. Loved the location... just a block from the bay and 2 blocks from the village. So convenient! I would recommend faster wi-fi and for the carpets to be cleaned. Otherwise it was great!
