We had a great time and really enjoyed the house and the beautiful setting. The weather wasn't great so we played quite a bit of Frogger and foosball. We saw a bald eagle at the river and enjoyed a beautiful hike. The house is well equipped and perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about our yearly trip here. The location is perfect. A short golf ride to the beach- shopping and great restaurants. My 2 girls love the golf cart rides a. The condo has anything/everything you need when you come in from a long day at the beach. We plan on going here every year.

The air conditioning ducts blew poor air. I tried not to use it. I needed to take allergy pills. The bathrooms were moldy and dirty around the shower and corners. Upholstered furniture and rug needs cleaned . Great oceanfront porch and well equipped kitchen. 2stars

Everything has been great. the unit is beautiful, comfortable, perfectly clean and well appointed. Simple detailed like all white bedding, towels and extra paper products. Directions and emails were timely and clear. My son and son in law came for gold and this was a perfect location as well. Can’t sY enough good things!

We had a wonderful time at falling moss. We loved the house, decor, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Kid friendly and only 15-20 minutes to downtown Charleston and several beaches (isle of palms, Sullivan island)
