Great place for a large group!

We had a wonderful time at the Swell House. House was well equipped for a large group. The beds were great and the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were fabulous. The house has a great view, quick access to town and was secluded from any neighbors. It was a wonderful place to have our large family gathering and I highly recommend it.

My wife and I are always in search of hidden gems all over the Globe. This one fits right in, from the moment you walk in you are taken back by a wonderful view. This unit has everything you could need to have a little home away from home. We never did without and when a minor issue arose, it was fixed expeditiously. We will be back, thank you for everything. Great place to stay in central location

Location is a cozy basement apartment in a quiet yet centrally located neighborhood. Was easy to walk / bike / ride-share to wherever I wanted to go in Portland. Was easy to use access to code to come / go as I please without disturbing anyone. Bed was comfy, towels were fluffy, and the location was quiet. Could not have asked for a better spot.

The stay and accommodations were very nice. The reasons for the 4 stars are the elevators (inside) were very nasty and the outside pool was very murky, I wasn't comfortable letting my grandkids swim in it, where as the inside pool was very clean.
