There was an issue with the unit we were scheduled to stay in on the day we were traveling to Florida. ITrip is excellent with communicating and made sure that we were moved to another property and had an amazing trip. Don't hesitate to book a stay at one of their properties. Can't wait to stay with them again!

Great house and great location and great price

What a great house and a great value! Lots of room for everyone to sprawl out. Front porch, back porch, living room, dinning room. Can hear the ocean from the front porch. Nice back yard to play lawn games. No complaints at all. Will definitely rent again. It was great that there were bedrooms on both floors.

I would just like to say this is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. It is just a few minute walk to the beach and several outdoor things to do in the area. The house is very well kept and we even had the opportunity to enjoy the BBQ while here. We will be back someday.

Great Deer Valley Ski Home

We have stayed in this home the past few years and it is always very clean and well maintained! Location is great for Deer Valley even if the Gondola isn't running. The only downside is that we've had TV trouble where the dish is unable to connect.

Perfect Beach Stay

This condo is filled with everything to make a beach stay perfect. Loved the blue SPF 50 umbrella. The balcony outside is awesome for views of sunrise, breakfast with the pelicans, etc. on Sarasota Bay. Also, enjoyed dolphin views, watching all the boats go by & meeting people who are all friendly.
