Traveling for business, Simply Southside was absolutely the perfect place for me! The place is cozy, beautifully decorated, and well fortified with everything I needed. The mattress was perfect for a good nights sleep and neighborhood super quiet. Communication from the iTrip team was seamless and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely return. Thanks iTrip!

Excellent Condo and Service

We stayed a ski weekend in the Greenbrier A6 condo and it was just as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, clean place, nice linens and very modern. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had one small issue with the hot water heater and they fixed it within an hour. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had a very good experience iTrip! The booking went very smoothly. We received prompt responses to our questions during the process. We had to change one of the date and they were very easy to work with. During the stay we needed a few items, dishwasher soap and a beach towel which we received the same day. We were very happy with the unit and iTrip!

Everything as advertised. Close walking distance to beach, food, and stores. Free trolley stop close by if needed, but lots within walking distance. Facility itself was clean. Kids enjoyed pool area as well as the community pool and beach toys. Our first time to Clearwater, would stay again!

As expected, due to our previous stays next door at Dolphin Key, our stay was absolutely fantastic. I have stayed many places at OBA , but this is my new #1. Love everything from the location, to quaint size of complex, uncrowded beach, ease of parking , proximity to all restaurants and shopping. first class all the way
