Very clean, updated condo. The king size bed was a bit too soft for our liking but everyone has different needs. There was lots of supplies for any activity you were interested in pursuing. My only suggestion would be for the patio furniture to be updated or at the very least to have the cushions replaced. We ate most of our meals on the lanai and the chairs were not very comfortable.

Wonderful townhouse Near Beaver Creek

Had a great time at the Townhome. Nice accommodations for myself and family of 4. Bedrooms were of good size. Large living room with a lovely dinning area. Kitchen well stocked. Needed more humidifiers and Rental company responded within a couple hours to bring us 2 new ones. Highly recommend.

Clean with a fantastic view. Without car, I could shop, go to restaurants, buy food to cook in a well organize kitchen. And what to say about the pool? Huge + a great hottub. I strongly recommand.

We had a group of 8 women and 1 child. We all had plenty of comfortable sleeping space and room to move around without being under each other. The house was very clean and nice. The hot tub was a great added bonus. The community is great. We had a clogged drain in one of the bathtubs. I called the owner and he had it fixed within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. We have no complaints at all!

We’re half way in to our vacation at 502 dockside. The location is great...close to the beach, the condo is clean and well stocked and Kevin is an amazingly responsive host. So far so good. Thanks! Also, if you have little kids, Kevin has the contact info for a company that rents cribs, rollaway beds, beach toys and other useful stuff that can’t easily fit in your suitcase.
