I booked this space last minute as I had lost a different rental I was looking at for my son and I. I have to say though that this location and rental was meant to be. A beautiful home and amazing location and great hosts. The easy access to everything and home made it a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We will definitely be booking again and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Townhouse directly on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean and our personal access to the beach was awesome! There are grocery stores as well as convenient stores right across the street from the townhome. Booking of this property was a delightful experience, can't wait to do it again next year!

We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. The only negative would be the tram had cut back to Thursday through the weekend since it wasn’t peak time. Made the walk to the beach a little more cumbersome having to carry things with small kiddos. Just wanted to mention so others would be aware. House was beautiful, well-stocked and really clean! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Beach House

Our family had a great time at Sunset Park Place! The house was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed all the toys and games that were available. The house was also in a great location! Sunset Beach was right behind us and a quick drive to both Seaside and Astoria. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our family’s first trip to Hilton Head and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay. The villa was awesome from its spaciousness to its great views and its proximity to local attractions. The roof top deck offered great views of the ocean and it was only a short walk to get to the beach. There is no doubt we will be back again!!!
