Condo was clean. It was nice that there were some beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Location is great. Between the beach and John's Pass there's plenty of options for the family. Looking forward to hopefully coming back down sometime next summer.

Amazing location, right across the street from 10 Barrel, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. Very walkable. Well-updated old house, small but cozy, and good for two little kids - the office space was a nice, separate (though no door) sleeping space for our infant. The staff was really responsive to any questions or needs we had.

The unit in Sandroc was well located to walk to restaurants and other amenities in the Palm Desert/El Paseo area. The unit was well equipped. One downside - no in-suite laundry. The unit was clean and the support by the local representative was very good. Would recommend a stay at this unit for someone wanting to walk to most services.

Very comfortable, clean, two bedroom condominium. We found everything as stated in the property description and are very happy. The iTrip staff was very courteous & professional and I would highly recommend using there service if looking for your next vacation location.

Had an awesome time! The house was amazing! The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and inviting. Loved the dock overlooking the channel for fishing and sunbathing. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations! My family had the best vacation ever - weather was great and this house made it super special! Would recommend it highly without hesitation. It was awesome!
