The house is really nice and big. You can find there all you need for beach days or toys for kids. I won’t give a five stars because we found that could have been more cleaned and some other problems ( bike tires flat and no pump, lights not working) Clearly it is not the owner fault but lack of Attention of the organization for the renting.

The unit was kept in excellent condition and provided everything we all expected. Ski in Ski our access was awesome right down to Elkhorn lift. Walking distance to the village was convenient as well. The unit was clean and was up to date. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

Property v clean and manager very responsive to couple minor issues . Great location close to all amenities and fab beach… The master suite would be more comfortable with higher quality mattress and bedding … also would have liked comfortable lounge chairs in the spacious Lanai ..

We enjoyed are stay at Coastal Chic. It was very well situated within Wild Dunes with easy access to the beach, all the pools and dining. The property was in great condition and provided everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset One for our summer trip to Breckenridge. Plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs area is perfect for kids. Short walk to and from Main Street in one direction and hiking trail to Sawmill Reservoir in the other.
