Hi everyone. Our stay in Sunset One was perfect. The location is amazing. You can even walk into town. Parking spot right in front of the door. Everything is clean and the living room is as cozy and ready to chil after riding a it gets. The heating, a big issue in the states for us Europeans, is silent and adjustable for every single room. Like we are used to it from home. All in all. Perfect.

This place is a gem. Located close to the beach, shopping and restaurants but private and quiet at the same time.The unit is very clean and spacious. Nicely decorated with modern amenities. Everything was perfect - thank you Loretta!

Very nice house, in general worked out well for our needs. The one bed is extremely hard - we ended up going to Walmart and getting a foam cushion to make it better to sleep on. Also purchased 3 pillows as the ones in the house have seen better days. If you're a light sleeper, you may have problems with the train and the nearby traffic.

Good mountain condo away from traffic in a quiet community. There were 2 hiking trails within walking distance of the front door which was great. Close proximity to restaurants and other outdoor activities

It was our second trip staying with 1423 Simba Run and it was very pleasant stay. The unit has everything you need as well as it was clean and convenient. The dedicated shuttle departed right of the garage and it is just a few steps out from the ski locker room. Great amenities: sauna, steam room, pool and outdoor hot tub. Recommending the apartment and will stay with them in the future indeed!!!
