Excellent Stay

We visited A105 Brooktree and had an awesome time. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and our snow gear. The kitchen's fully stocked with equipment for stay-in meals. The Vail shuttle was a short walk away and ran on 20 minute intervals. It was real convenient to get to the town and mountain. Also, check out the Vail Yeti's if they're playing, lots of fun. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood in perfect location between Vail and Beaver Creek. Close to great restaurants. Private hot tub was exactly what we needed after skiing all day. Heated bathroom floors was a bonus. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend trip!

This was an extremely lovey facility!!!! The rooms were spotless and bright, the kitchen a dream to work in, the pool and jacuzzi were warm and inviting and the elevator…….need I say more!! To top it off, the beach and stores were in walking distance………truly lovey!!!!

The unit is as pictured and the beach is very private and clean. It was close to John's Pass and shopping. The building itself is very secure with access codes to everything so it made us feel very safe. The unit overlooks the pool area and is one floor up so you can see and hear everything going on.

The condo was excellent, very spacious, and equipped better then any condo we have stayed in before! Would highly recommend this condo to any family going to Clearwater Beach! I was not excited about the bay view instead of the ocean but I truly enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay and all the boats coming in and out!
