Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Nice condo near the slopes. Not quite ski-out (short walk) but ski-in, snow permitting. Clean and comfortable.

Storm Meadows Excellent Location
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our visit to Storm Meadows Condos. Could not have been a better location. Easy ski in access to the hill, restaurants and bars. The unit had a new fireplace and updated appliances...couch bed was a bit old...but would definitely book again for the location! We were able to park our car and use the I trips free shuttle to get into town. A life saver to get during a busy Winter Carnival weekend. Very convenient!

Convenient location
5/5 stars
Checking in/out was very easy, location was a short walk to right o way trail which allowed skiing down to lifts and gondolas, as well as base area restaurants and shops. Trail also allowed skiing right to building entrance/steps upon return/days end. Apartment was very cozy for a couple, comfortable amount of space. Shuttle to town is available but didn't use, free parking for one vehicle directly in front of building. Questions/concerns responded to in timely manner via texts.

We enjoyed the location, the views and the layout of the condo
5/5 stars
We enjoyed the location, the views and the layout of the condo. We liked the ting sized bed and found it comfortable. We found the well designed refridgerator functioned well for our needs. We especially appreciated the elevator after staying in other condos with no elevato.

Steamboat condo was great!
5/5 stars
We had a great visit in Steamboat Springs at the Storm Meadows condo. Check in was easy, the directions to follow were clear and thorough. The condo was clean, well organized and the balcony had a nice view of the ski hill. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s a quick drive into the town for a grocery store. The itrip team checked in with me several times to ensure my stay was going well. I travel often and it tends to be hard to figure out who to contact if there are questions but they made it easy. Check out was simple, the tasks I had to complete in the condo were easy and totally reasonable. My stay was during the summer but in the winter there would be enough space to store ski gear and it would be a quick trip to the chair lift. Thank you for a great stay.

Good Location
2/5 stars
We stayed at Storm Meadows for Winter WonderGrass. The condo's location was good, definitely ski off and short walk to ski on. The location is on the farther side of the hill, so it is a little bit further to get to the main base. The condo itself was OK. It seemed like a lot of things were about to fall apart when we checked in. The weather stripping on the door was falling off, a chair at the kitchen counter broke immediately when my girlfriend sat down, and the light switch for the dining room was hanging on by a thread. Also the locks for the front door and ski locker were very finicky. We thought the key would shear off every time we tried to open the locker. We reported these issues to iTrip who noted them and offered to make repairs ASAP. We weren't trying to stay in the condo and listen to work be done, so we just dealt with it. The bathroom doors also refused to stay shut unless you closed them quite forcefully. Overall the unit was nice, but it just seemed like it had a lot of problems for costing over $1000/night. Also, the offered shuttle is a bit misleading. It stops at 10:30-11 PM, which would normally be fine. We were attending a music festival with components that began at 11:30 PM some nights. We were counting on the shuttle to get us back from town, and instead had to eat a $70 uber to make it back the 2.5 miles from downtown. Despite what they said in the listing, there is NOT enough parking in the lot for the condo. When I inquired about this on arrival, I was instructed to park in the wrong place, and told, "They aren't that strict about towing, and that I should just keep trying to move the car in the morning." There were warning stickers all over the vehicles I parked near. We had a good time on our trip, but that was overwhelmingly when were not at the condo. If I was to do this again, I would stay at the Grand or another location closer to the base with better amenities and access to the mountain.
- Joe

Thank you Joe for the detailed review of Storm Meadows condo #410. We are glad that you enjoyed the True Ski In! WalkOut location of the condo. We appreciate the input regarding the weather stripping, the chair and the light switch. As soon as the issues were reported, we did offer to have maintenance stop by the unit. You declined. Work orders were created and repairs are being completed. Regarding the iTrip Steamboat shuttle, the service operates from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm . We do apologize that you were not aware of the hours. Regarding the parking, it is clearly stated on the property description page as well as the check in instructions: There is free parking for one vehicle in the lot outside the unit. Thank you. iTrip Steamboat

Customer service A+; room C-
5/5 stars
Positive: all the humans I dealt with were amazing. The drivers Hunter and John were especially awesome. Whoever I was texting to arrange my shuttle and luggage storage was also amazing. Everyone deserves a raise. The room, on the contrary, was just ok. Both my wife and I on separate occasions hit are shins into the corners of the bedframe. The temperature of the room was too hot despite changing the thermostat. One of the keys was broken; therefore, one of us never had a key and it's easy to get separated on the mountain.
- Jason

Thank you Jason for the review. We are so glad that "all humans" you dealt with were "amazing"! We appreciate the input regarding Storm Meadows Condo #410 and we take your suggestions seriously. Thank you! iTrip Steamboat

Steamboat Condo Unit 410
3/5 stars
Everything was pretty mediocre. It is not a true ski in/ski out like the description makes it sound like. You have to walk past a couple of different condo and rental buildings to get to a place where you can put your gear on to ski down to the lift. It is still very close to the mountain though, so that was nice. It was also nice to have a personal gear locker to put your board/skis. The condo itself looks nice at first glance, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the appliances were old and didn't work well, and the shower head water pressure actually hurt. Overall, I have stayed in mountain condos way nicer than this for a similar price, so I don't think this one is worth it
- Janelle

Janelle, thank you for taking time to write a review of Storm Meadows Condo #410. We do appreciate your input regarding the condo. The condo is described as a True Ski In! WalkOut, both on the Headline as well as the Property Description Page. Thank you! iTrip Steamboat

Storm Meadows Steamboat Springs
5/5 stars
Clean basic condo, perfect for two people. Most kitchen amenities were available, thought some basic items such as coffee filters or aluminum foil would be in the cabinets. Hot tub a little small, used one across the road- usually nobody in it or the pool. Superb location to mountain, 3 minute walk, step into bindings and you’re off to the gondola! Managment responsive and helpful with a few minor questions. Shuttle stop close to our building!
- John
Decent Bargain
3/5 stars
A nice one bedroom condo. Dated but clean. There are some safety needs like a raised staple in the wood threshold between the kitchen and dining room. The chairs in the dining room are wobbly and coming apart. The laminate floor is extremely slippery in socks. The fireplace did not work. The hot tub was not open.
- Pam

Pam, we glad you thought it was a decent bargain and are sorry you did not find this to be the 5 star property many others have. We do clearly post on the listing to check with us if visiting during the off season if the hot tub is important to you as it can be closed for maintenance from time to time during off season months. We are also sorry to hear about the staple and wish you would have reported it and would have come to fix it immediately. We have not heard any complaints about the laminated floor being slippery or fireplace and will also look into those issues. Thank you for bringing them to our attention.

Storm Meadows Condo
4/5 stars
The condo was a great location. We found the property to be clean and the kitchen sufficiently stocked for our needs. The property was also quiet. Seating in the living room could be more comfortable. Bed is large for the bedroom. I knocked my knee on the bed frame a couple times but not a big issue. Just an annoyance.

Great getaway!
5/5 stars
We stayed here June 24-27, 2021. Great location just outside of the main strip. We didn't do any of the activities nearby (Mt. Werner's roller coaster or ski lifts), but this was a great getaway after days of adventuring. We hiked, enjoyed the hot springs, and visited the beautiful town of Steamboat Springs. The place was clean, had adequate fans for air circulation (no A/C which is common here), easy to find, and all the amenities we needed. It was a little strange that there were no bowls, but we improvised with coffee mugs for an evening bowl of ice cream. Ice maker in the refrigerator worked well. We saw a bull moose and a young bear on the side of the road while driving to/from the condo. Would definitely recommend!
- RE

Thank you for the great review and glad you enjoyed the property and location! We double checked after you left and there are 8 bowls. The unit has lots of cabinets and is really well stocked so maybe you missed them but glad the mugs worked.

Memorable Christmas in Steamboat
5/5 stars
We would like to thank all the itrip team for the amazing time we had in Steamboat. The location is great for skiing every day, or enjoying the mountain or exploring the town. Covid measures are in place and respected, the accommodation was clean and when we opened the door for the first time it smelled like lavander and you get that real feeling of "home sweet home". The bed was big and comfortable, it was so amazing to coming back home after a full day in the mountain and enjoying a warm bath and a home made warm meal and to relax in front of the fire place. The WiFi is great, and it made life so much easier to have a very powerful washer/dryer in the house an not having to use the on site launderette downstairs during these times of covid. We hope we can come back to Steamboat soon, but anyway we will use itrip for every other holidays we will book because their team is so great and helpful!
- Annalisa
Amazing location and comfy stay!!!!

We have absolutely loved our stay here. Getting to and from the slopes was very easy and the condo was well above our expectations. We had everything we could have needed for our weekend stay and will absolutely be back again!

Great getaway
5/5 stars
The condo was just what we hoped for and were promised. Short walk to the slope and you can literally ski to the back door. Close to some good restaurants and only a few minutes drive/bus to town. Had a couple quick questions while we were here and rec'd email replies in just minutes. Very helpful and saved me a trip into town! Overall great experience!!!

Great location
4/5 stars
Great location, easy ski in from Right of Way run. Less than 100 yd walk/ski to jump on to lower right of way by Christie Expresss. Well appointed. Only thing I’d change is wish the fireplace worked independently of the thermostat. Would definitely stay here again.

Steamboat summer excursion!
5/5 stars
Checking instructions were spot on even if Waze lead us a block too far. Google and apple came through for the win! Wonderful location! Quick walk to the base of the resort for activities and hiking all over! The unit was clean and well stocked! I don’t feel the pictures quite grasped how quaint this place really is. Thank you Jason! Will have to keep this place in mind for our next steamboat experience!
- Mountain fun!
Great on mountain condo
4/5 stars
Clean fully functional kitchen Clean king bed, soft sheets, soft pillows Small bathroom Plenty of towels Soaps provided Hot tub, no pool On the ski resort but not ski in/out
- Matthew

Glad you enjoyed the Condo. As noted in the listing it is a ski-in/walk-out Condo, and one of the best ski locations in Steamboat. It is difficult to see the ski path up to the building once the snow has melted. You merely have to walk across a street to get onto the runs, but you can ski right up to the building.

Phenomenal Location
5/5 stars
I had a great time at Storm Meadows Unit 410. The location on the mountain is perfect and the condo is truly a ski-in as you literally ski or board right up to the back door of the building. To begin your day, it's a short 50 yard walk to click on your skis or strap on your board and head to the base area to ride the gondola or Christie chair lift. The unit is a short five minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops at the base area, which makes it an excellent value. It was clean and had a very comfortable king bed. The living space is cozy and the kitchen is nicely updated. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend [email protected]!

Fee Fo Review
5/5 stars
We loved our condo and the service! It was very clean and the bed was comfy. The hot tub was awesome and deep just outside with a great view. Trip was super sweet and helped me above and beyond when I hurt my knee. The shuttle was awesome and Gordon was friendly and flexible giving us extra time to soak at the hot springs. Jason made sure everything was set and answered all my questions prior to arrival so we knew what to do and expect. We cant wait to come back.

Easy Check In, Great location
5/5 stars
The condo we are staying in is EXACTLY like it was pictured when we booked it. It was a little hard to find only because the person dropping us off didn’t know the area well. But once we found the condo, acccessing the key from the lock box was slick and the directions easy to follow. The location is very nice. You walk a little ways & then ski to the gondola and practically ski directly to the back of the condo when returning after a long day. Perfect! You are located with in walking distance to the ski village so you have plenty of restaurants to pick from. There is a shuttle which is provided to go downtown. The accommodations are fine. Very comfortable. The kitchen could have a couple more pots & pans but besides that it has a disposal, dishwasher, oven, microwave & full size refrigerator. All very nice.
