We absolutely loved the location, proximity to the pool and beach, the accommodations, and decor. There was 6 adults (sisters, moms, daughters, aunts) that stayed together and had more than enough room!! We walked to the Hangout, Sea N Suds, and even for ice cream to Scoops one night. Can't wait to go back!

We came in town 10 guys and had a phenomenal time. Sleeps 10 pretty comfortably and the place is really nice and updated. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and outdoor porch and entertainment space. A quick walk to the beach as well. We did rent a golf cart to help make trips back and forth easier for carrying stuff but not a necessity. Highly recommend

2452 Inland Harbour is updated and well maintained. It was an enjoyable vacation from a facility standpoint. Location and condo are both outstanding. The internet pictures normally look much better than the actual unit, in this case the pictures were a true representation.

Mountain Mama's House worked great for us. It offered all of the amenities, was very clean and was represented well! The location worked great for outdoor adventures, morning walks and was even within walking distance of down town Idaho Springs. It was a great value and all of the guests were extremely satisfied. Spending our vacations at 6 Midstream was AWESOME !!!! the house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, it is very nice to have bikes there as well !! communication with the rental company was very easy beforehand, and reactive during our stay
