Beautiful beach house, great location!

Loved the location - close to fun, fantastic restaurants, and an awesome section of St. Augustine Beach! The pool was a perfect late afternoon/evening activity for our kids and the layout of the beach house was just perfect for our needs. Definitely would love to come back and enjoy a week of relaxation here sometime in the future!!!

We loved staying here for a few key reasons. First, the location! Being walking distance to pier park, we only drove one time for firefly restaurant. The condo has great views of the ocean. The complex has 2 of the best pools in the area plus a Tiki bar. Excellent clean beach as usual! That’s the real reason we’ve been coming back so many times. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Terrible pots and pans for cooking and it was very difficult managing with what was there. Remotes to tv’s downstairs did not operate tv’s so had to manually turn on and off, changing channels and volumes. Did not use tv’s upstairs so not sure about them. Beds were comfortable and liked the layout of condo. Never stayed in condo that I had to pay $30 to park when I’m staying there.

Great Avon Condo!!

Chapel Square 220 was everything we wanted and more in a summer vacation condo. It was close to everything, quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. The designated parking space in the underground garage was a little tight, but we parked in the front lot-not a problem at all. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for Oktoberfest, and it was perfect. Great location, comfortable beds, nice setup (as long as you're ok with stairs). 2 car garage was helpful, and keypad entry made it easy to come and go. We used the kitchen to make a few meals, it was well stocked with supplies and even spices.
