Great room, exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Convenient location: close to beach, grocery store, McDonalds, pizza, ice cream, etc. Beach towels in the condo was nice. Only suggestion for improvement would be new mattresses. Also be careful with chlorine level in hot tub because it faded our suits

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Dori went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. Knowing that winter in the mountains can get a bit dry, I asked if she might have a humidifier on hand at the house... when we showed up, there was one ready to go in each room. Truly wonderful across the board. Thank you!!

We loved the house in Breckenridge!! It was a weekend trip with our four adult children, and their spouse, boyfriend and girlfriends. We cooked all our meals there as it was a great kitchen/dining arrangement. We all enjoyed the use of the hot tub and spent hours in the evenings playing pool. I would definitely recommend this stay to others. Thanks so much!!

This was our first visit to Pointe Santo and I know we will be returning. Our unit was just as described. It was quite comfortable and furnished nicely. I especially liked being able to see the gulf from the balcony. The beach was right there and the stars at night were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at 10 Dune House Lane! The unit was perfect! We enjoyed waking up every morning and hearing the ocean while having our cup of coffee. The unit was very clean. Short walk to the ocean/pool! We will definitely be returning!
