We loved our visit! Not only was it close to everything and all the places we wanted to tour, it was very nice, clean, comfortable and cozy. I always bring extra supplies on vacation, but I didn't need any of it here. The owner provides everything you need and encourages you to use it. The owner lives close by and is very good with communication too. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect location at St Pete Beach!

We loved the location! Right across the street from the beach and the dunes of the park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the extra outdoor patio area for morning yoga and coffee. Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will go back!

Nice to stay in upper village

it was first time to stay in upper village. This unit, 334 shows an owner’s pride to maintenance: decent kitchen appliances, well equipped and organized kitchen cabinet, enough fans and more than 8 seating farmer’s dining table. Overall I like the unit has a loft as well as a master bedroom. It is not easy to find a pet friendly suite for a large family. This is it!

Great Family Vacation

Our family stayed here for our first visit to Hilton Head. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. We enjoyed use of the bikes and exploring. It was hot in July and having the private pool was a great plus! The house was spacious and comfortable--just what we needed for the week! Thanks to the owners for sharing their with us. We would highly recommend.

This was our second stay here. We also stayed here in May 2021, also. We love St. Augustine and we love the beach. Best of two worlds. Seascape 2 is a great property. We have visited this area for may years and this is our favorite property. First rate in every way.
