Overall we were quite pleased with our time at this property. The only downside was the 41 stairs up to the townhouse. Had we known we would have looked at other options. I’m a recovering cancer patient & the stairs were very tough to manage. Otherwise it was all good!

This was a great vacation for me and my 15 year old grandson. I loved the short walk to the beach and my grandson loved fishing from the dock. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook,however so many close restaurants, we ate out mostly. Condo was clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a great set up with plenty of room for 4 guests. The location worked out really well especially with the dedicated Simba Run shuttle that goes directly to/from Vail Village. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and perfect for our group of 6. The views from the living room and front porch were stunning, the pictures really did not do that justice. That was the absolute best part sitting on the porch with coffee and a view!

Awesome House in North Beach Resort

This is our third year staying in North Beach Resort. Of the places we have stayed, this was the best fit for our extended family. We used the pool area for gathering after returning the beach. The ability to gather for meals was a big plus. The sleeping quarters were great also. Appreciated the accomodations for some last minute changes by the nice folks at iTrip!
