We rented the house for an extended weekend after a business conference in Charleston. We had four adults and two of us also brought our daughters for a girls weekend! It was perfect. Excellent location to get to everything we wanted! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was as stated and very nicely furnished and equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator on Christmas Eve and understandably the fix wasn't until the following Tuesday. The operators kindly credited us for the inconvenience. We had 12 family members so 2 big kids on coaches but otherwise all fit. All was good and we would recommend this home. RB

Great home, everything you need is supplied.View of lake is outstanding! Kids enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit . TV’s in all the rooms so everyone was pleased. The only downside was the lake and dock was a lot further down the hill than the pictures looked. This is not a negative just FYI We would rent again when it’s time to get the family together! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely no complaints with this beautiful condo on Gulf Shores. My disappointment is with the facilities maintenance department. We reported no electrical outlets in the beachside bedroom on the 1st day. They never showed up even though they set an appointment for Thursday. Keep in mind we arrived Sunday. They were the problem. Still I'd return to this lovely location.
