We’ve been staying in the Grand Pavilion homes for the last five years and this one was the best! Not only is it updated and tastefully decorated, it was so well stocked, every bed was very comfortable, and truly had everything you could need. Pet peeve in rentals is no hooks or racks in the bathrooms.. every bathroom had plenty!

This was by far one of the best units we have stayed in at North Beach Plantation. Everything was updated, beautiful décor, updated appliances (stove and washer/dryer) and breathtaking views. Will definitely plan to stay in this unit again in the future

Many Pluses Plenty of furniture All essentials provided Huge walk-in closets . 2 of them 1 minute walk to the grocery store Sun from 9 am to 4 pm at the pool Hot tub and Pool excellent 5 minutes to a walking trail Underground parking Quiet building . Adjoining Biltmore estates . Nicest place I've ever stayed in Tv programming excellent

We have had a great stay at 1 Fletcher. The house was spotless and communication was quick and easy. The best aspect of this home is it's location. It is walking distance to historic downtown and all major attractions. It felt like it was also in a safe neighborhood. We would recommend to others!
