What a great house! Lots of room...cozy when it was just the 5 of us but plenty of room when we had 17! Great location to BC village and Avon proper. Note: there is a lot of road noise from Village Drive so if you are looking for quiet...you might need to go higher up the mountain. Would absolutely stay here again!

Love this place it's affordable, comfortable and convenient location!!!!The pools great and I loved the hot tub! I found the bed a bit to hard and within mins of an email I had the most comfortable mattress topper at the door!Very accommodating,we will be back

The Beach House is perfect! It’s location is directly across from the beach and you can see the ocean from the stunning front porch! You have all the amenities of a condo, but in a beautiful home! This house is close enough Charleston, to see the city, but still have the beach life! It was a perfect stay!

This was the perfect spot to easily walk to Village base and even to town (20 min). The unit has great views of the mountain, and had all the necessities. It's a bit dated, but everything worked well, and perfect for four people.

A perfect location for a couple or a family of four. Easy access to the lifts and great aminedies near by. The reastaraunts and bars were very good. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the village after a day of skiing.
