Loved Free Ski Rental & Bus

Stayed over Sundance Festival. The place has anything you could need. Plenty of space to sleep and everything you’d need in a kitchen to cook. Loved having the free ski rental! Super helpful. About a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 20 minute walk to Kimbal Junction for groceries and restaurants. Overall pretty cozy place.

Small but comfortable for two or two plus small children. Two beds kitchen has everything for basic meal preparation evern some spices. All I cooked was breakfast every day. 1 Assigned parking spot. Highly recommended it was clean and comfortable tiny TV's btw.

Overall the house was pretty nice and in a great location off of the main strip. But it could use a few things. For example there are no racks in any of the bathrooms to hang towels on. The beds were very comfortable, but the bedding could use an upgrade, especially the blankets/quilts. The grill worked fine, but the interior was all rusted out. One of the outdoor tables was very rusty as well.

Can't beat the view! Lots Of shops and restaurants close by. We had a cleaning issue which was quickly resolved. Condo had plenty of space, couldn't hear the neighbors and two parking spaces, we had a great family trip!

Could not be more pleased with our stay. Condo has everything you could ask for or need! A few small hiccups which were addressed immediately by management completely to our satisfaction! Great to deal with! Enjoyed so much that we rebooked for next year mid week of our stay! Would highly recommend! Owners have created a beautiful environment for a great stay!
