We loved our stay at the Royal Kahana room 216. There is an amazing patio to watch sunrise, sunset and the whales! Waking up and sipping coffee out there was fantastic! This property is perfectly located between great beaches and restaurants. The sushi across the street is fantastic! We will definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend this condo. It was thoughtfully remodeled with all the amenities of home. Great views of the mountains and steps from the lake. We had a great time and look forward to going back.

We enjoyed our stay at our very nice unit. Comfortable and convenient to beach. We would return. I have no negative comments. If I had to dig for a suggestion, I think there is alway a learning curve on appliances so perhaps simple use directions are helpful to have in each condo. Thank you.

Very clean great location. There were a few bugs outside that got in and probably could be rid by spraying but they were not a real problem. One suggestion is to make designated parking spots. We would leave and someone would get our spot making us park around on the other side of our unit. Overall I would recommend and stay again

This a a terrific property. The customer service is top knotch! Lovely ocean view from the exterior door stoop! The condition is very tired and worn And in need of refreshment. Well overdue for upholstery cleaning, floor replacement and detail cleaning. The door mats are nasty. Would be nice for the host to provide a few bottled waters and disposable coffee cups/reg cups.
