Everything worked with receiving code on time and gaining access. Functional unit, small dated (1970's at best) kitchen, limited glassware, no ice maker but lots of hot water. One mile to Beaver and 10 miles to Vail.

Check in process was a headache. Needs to upgrade on better communication. We had been waiting for hours to come in for our stay. Thou after we did get in the stay was comfy. I still feel like I need some of my money back due to lack business

We loved Pointe Santo and we LOVED Sanibel! The unit is even better than the description and photos. The location of this unit it great - close to the pool and the beach. We will stay here again!!!

Had a great time! The Townhome had great space, was well furnished and literally right on the beach. The sunset views were breathtaking. We had a small issue with the wifi that was solved literally immediately!! I would highly recommend renting this little gem and hope to do so again in the near future.
