My family and I booked this trip last minute and then hurricane Ian hit. We managed to dodge the storm as much as possible and had a good time. Condo has beautiful views and we are thankful for the tall sand dunes with the storm. Very central to everything too. Master needs a king size bed and bunk bed in guest room was unstable. Condo was clean just a bit older. Thanks!

Had a wonderful 2 week stay ! Beautiful view of the ocean . Room was nicely decorated, kitchen equip with all the necessary Essentials . Bed was comfy . We would have booked it again for the same two weeks next year but our friends beat us to it after comparing there room to ours . Thank you Bruce for the wonderful bottle of wine and coffee to get us started with our stay.

We love the Beach Club!

My family and I stayed at the beach club last week and loved it! We had a minor issue with the dryer, but the Condo’s agency was very quick to respond and took care of the problem right away. I was very impressed with the attention to our needs. We will most definitely stay again in the future!

The condo was great, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable!! Beach umbrella information was there for us, and the view is breathtaking!! The condo is close to restaurants and tons of things to do, but the beach access is perfect!!

We loved our time at 700 Monarch. The condo was plenty big for our family and was very clean and up to date. The team helped us secure the door to be safe for our toddler as well. We look forward to visiting again!
