STAYED AT ROOKERY111 IN GULF SHORES ALABAMA FOR THE MONTH OF FEB 2018 TH E PLACE WAS ABOUT THE CLEANEST PLACE I'VE EVER RENTED. IT REALLY FELT LIKE HOME . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED.

Stay was good, unfortunately the condo above did leak, thank goodness into the closet so maintenance had to place blowers to dry it out. We turned them off at night because of the noise. this is not the rental fault and they did respond immediately.

Cool house worth the money!

We loved the tankless water system! All 5 of us were able to take back-to-back showers after going to the beaches, which were well within driving distances to the house! We were able to buy groceries and grill out often while enjoying the fireplace. We will stay here again!

The vacation unit was absolutely lovely, and perfectly located. Everything we needed for our stay was here. The resort was very quiet and well maintained with friendly staff. Just a really fantastic place and we will book this unit again. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the pool heater was not working the week we stayed here. Booking was very professional and very welcoming.

Great condo! Great location!

The condo was very nicely decorated and well-kept. It was nice that it was on the 2nd floor and easy to take the stairs down to the beach. Parking passes were waiting for us, and everything was clean and nice. One review mentioned leaving chairs outside the door--we got reprimanded by security for that so I wouldn't advise doing that.
