Clean, comfortable furnishings, nice neighborhood. Wish it was slightly closer to beach access to walk to. 110 degrees when we stayed. Way too warm for a young family of 5 to walk and cart beach gear. We parked in public lot each day and walked from there to beach. Also, please leave more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days and 5 people.

Such a great hotel and unit. This is our 8th year in a row in this very unit. You cannot beat the views being ocean front. This specific unit is ocean facing as well. Since it is not managed by the actual property, there are many "leave behinds" from previous guests that stay in the unit - so that was a nice surprise. Has had many upgrades over the years. Will absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. The house had everything one could ask for. The owner was very responsive when we had a question or two. The location was 10 minutes drive to the beach and the restaurants of 5th avenue. I highly recommend this home for any family wishing to visit Naples.

The house is well stocked with very comfortable beds and a couch that you never want to get off of. The deck has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and, regardless of the coast's weather, is an incredible place to spend the day listening to the ocean. This was the perfect place for my group of friends to spend a summer weekend. We loved it and cannot wait to come back!
