Welcome to Ocean Watch! A beautiful condo building located on the No-Drive section beach in Ormond by the Sea. This gorgeous and well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront unit (Sleeps 6) is located on the ground floor making for easy trips to both the beach and pool!

Master bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and access to private bathroom. Guest room features a queen bed, full bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have a tub / shower and hand held shower heads. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, stove/oven, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. Living room features a sleeper sofa (full), reclining love seat, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and access to its private back porch through the sliding glass doors. Bath towels and linens provided. Sq. ft 970.

Amenities include parking on ground deck, free wifi, covered parking space, community pool, charcoal grill BBQ, coin laundry on each floor and access to a No-Drive on beach.

Frequently Asked Questions

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 
All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.
Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.
The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

Perfect spot, for our family. Beach across the street but still close walk especially being on first floor. All you need is there. Only thing slightly negative is cleaning crew may want to pay closer attention to small details, had to unclog drain in master due to pile up of hair and shower curtain was covered in soap scum and mildew. But other than those two things, and we handled that, it was absolutely perfect

Unit 105 ocean condo was perfect for us

We love our stay at this condo, i us to go there went i was kid i past all my summer there now i bring back my kids there. Everything was perfect, the location is so quiet. The beach is perfect relaxing no people jumpack like daytona beach. We have the feeling that the beach and the pool was for only us :) The pool is clean, the people or friendly. The first floor is perfect too, you dont have to take the elevator. The beach with the beautiful sunrise each morning with some dauphins passing each day, No big wave perfect for the kids for swimming in total security. The unit was clean and the bed was confortable. We sleep good like home. The kids and i was really happy. Everything was there for the kitcheen. It was so a nice vacancy that we will book for next years at the same unit. Thank a lot for renting this beautiful condo see you back next year ormond by the sea Larin family from montreal quebec

Great little place!

I stayed here for a month while attending a training nearby. It was a nice quiet and clean place. I had a small issue with receiving a package from Amazon, but management was very helpful and resolved it quickly. Lots of really great restaurants nearby, and the little town of Ormond Beach is awesome. I would stay here again!

Disappointing

We were friends on a beach vacation. The condo itself is quite nice. The outside patio is on the small side and has only two uncomfortable bistro chairs with the small table. This condo is supposed to be equipped for six! This became a problem when we had more people come. One stayed for 10 days. First off there were no dressers in the second bedroom which we corrected by moving two fair sized night tables with three drawers each into that bedroom. When you are staying for a month you don't want to live out of a suitcase on the floor. In the kitchen we discovered place settings were for 4. Meant we had to wash mugs and plates at times though plenty of plastic glassware. With no kettle we had to boil water on the stove to make tears . The table is also for 4. One of our problems was the internet. It cut out frequently every day and was unavailable entirely at one point for 36 hours. We seemed to get messages and calls in but to send a text, message or make a call we had to leave the condo. We heard later that Verizon was the only provider that worked well. The ocean view was nice. The only problem was crossing A1A to get there. The traffic was heavy most of the time and cars didn't stop often to let you cross. The parking garage is under construction so the car got so dusty we had to clean the windows every day The guest parking outside was at a premium. The manager for the condos was excellent. She gave us a key to the common areas so we could enjoy the sauna, library, and get to the other floors if we needed to use those laundry machines as stairwells and elevators are kept locked. We would have appreciated a guide to operating the remotes for the tv as well as a list of common tv channels included in the cable package. There are plenty of towels and one beach towel we could take to the pool. It was never very crowded there which was nice. Even on the hot days. The people were all friendly too. Ormond Beach was a nice place to be!

We’re sorry to hear your stay fell short a bit of your expectations. We do our best to detail the property with accurate photos and description. We wish you would have brought your concerns up to us during your stay so we could have addressed some of the items you’ve mentioned. It’s possible cell phone and internet could be spotty in Ormond by the Sea, which is the quieter and more remote side of Volusia County, yet well-loved for these reasons. All and all, we are happy you found it was a nice place to be.

Did not like to have washer and dryer in a corridor. Please don't say that it is written somewhere else. In amenities when an owner writes washer and dryer it always meant inside. You must provide square footage, your pictures are misguiding. 2 Bathroom ventilators from an other age and sound. The most surprising was to learn by chance that an exterminator was to come in all condos, doors being unlock by reception. No previous advice by I-Trips, or the owner, our belongings at the mercy of who knows.

Thank you for telling us about your recent disappointment as our goal is always for 100% satisfaction from each of our guests. Your description of Washer/Dryer in the corridor was accurate; its location was included in the listing, but understandably could be overlooked. We agree; we wish the Washer/Dryer were in the unit too, but its location is typical for older, residential buildings, however the property has been well maintained and the unit was remodeled before your stay. The plus side is that these properties are on/near beachside. This also is a GOOD thing as you have easy access to the BEACH! We hope you enjoyed the magnificent, natural scenery. Please accept our sincere apology for discomfort of an unannounced exterminator. Florida has strict exterminating policies to keep properties safe & free from insects. The square footage has since been added to the listing's description since you feel the pictures weren’t sufficient.
