Great space and location. Plenty of sleeping space and the directions IN/OUT were great. Things that need improvement: -Carpet and couches in the family room are very outdated/dirty. -Ice maker in kitchen did not work - needed for making drinks, etc. -Need more wine glasses. Other than that, good place would give it 4/5 stars.

Berne's place is in a centralized location. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed to make meals, and to entertain ourselves. The place was very clean, modern, and nice! I would recommend folks to to stay here!

Perfect location at St Pete Beach!

We loved the location! Right across the street from the beach and the dunes of the park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the extra outdoor patio area for morning yoga and coffee. Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will go back!

My family and I had a great experience with this villa. In a great area and communication with agency was top notch. We did have a small issue with the trash not picked up (left from previous renters) but I shot out a text and within a day someone was out to empty the trash. Other than that everything was great for my family. Really appreciate the opportunity to rent this property.

We loved this condo! Great location! Fully stocked and clean. Plenty of space! We also took advantage of the amenities such as the fishing trip & the zoo, both were super fun!!! Beds were super comfy! We will definitely be back! We also loved that it was a smaller complex and less crowded. Parking could be an issue but fortunately wasn’t for us
