This home was outstanding in every way. Better than photos and description. Has all amenities you could want, 5 bikes are a nice addition as the island and resort are very bike friendly - this became our preferred transportation. Beach is 1 mile away by bike. House is set on a quiet street and we found Palmetto Dunes to be the nicest area on the Island. You can't go wrong with this place.

The house we rented on Atlantic Oaks is in the middle of Saint Augustine Beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive toPublix and Winn Dixie. The house is very nice with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and well maintained pool. We enjoyed our visit and were appreciative of the free activities from xplorie . Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Seascape Family Beach Retreat! It was a beautiful property with a close walk to the beach and the pool was a perfect way to end our days. The property was clean and welcoming. We definitely would stay here again!!!

First off the itrip checkin procedure was quick and easy. Hats off to the team in the office. The renyal house was as advertised and in great condition. Located directly in front of barefoot landing. Close to everything. Will be back for sure.

We had such a great time and this place was amazing! Cute little neighborhood, walking distance to Folly main strip as well as the beach, clean, cozy, beautiful sunroom with views of oaks, wonderful communication from hosts and great amenities. We will be back!
