The property was immaculate. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was getting the TV to work. By the second day. I called the Condo office. Maintenance was sent over and replaced the Remote. Problem solved!

The rooms at Cation are very well kept, Very clean and orderly. All new finishes on kitchen and bath areas. the time spent at Cation resulted in peaceful and quiet in the mornings and afternoons, along with excellent dining close by in downtown New Braunfels TX. Relaxing atmosphere is quaint and the river view and access is awesome for some incredible peace of mind check them out.

Clean, plenty of room and all necessary amenities. Perfect spot to get away with two kids before school starts again. Seabrook Island car pass was a plus as we were able to spend time at the beach. The kids REALLY enjoyed the quick walk to Salty Dog for ice cream!

Highly recommend this lovely condo! Gorgeous area of the island with sun sets on the back deck over the golf course. A few minutes walk from the beach. It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space. We felt right at home. Check in and out was very clear and easy.
