Delightful House w/ Amazing Garage Area

This home had something for every person in our family. Our teens LOVED the garage hangout area and short distance to the beach. Our Nana ABSOLUTELY loved the front porch. Husband and I ENJOYED the kitchen and coffee bar.

It was perfect! We love staying in different homes. Tiny homes, houseboats, tree houses etc. Tin shed revival was just what we needed and expected. Very cozy, close to beach and great restaurants. St. Augustine was a few miles away but we couldn't wait to get back and relax. Sitting on porch at night. On the beach until 6pm reading a book. Definitely recommend.

First, we would definitely rent with them again. We had a couple of significant issues. They were handled quickly and respectfully. The condo description needed a bit more clarification as one of the 3 bedrooms required going through the second bedroom to get to. Maybe fine for kids but for 3 couples it was a bit awkward. Otherwise great place well stocked amazing ski in/out location.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater! The condo & resort were wonderful. The only complaints we have are that the elevators are really slow but with so many floors, it's understandable that there will be a wait. We also assumed (I know we shouldn't assume) that beach chairs & umbrella would be included in the condo cost since it wasn't cheap in itself but we found it was not.

Very nice condo. The only thing we didn't like about the condo is the pots and pans need to be upgraded. I-trip vacation was professional and easy to work with. I would definitely book our vacation with them again!
